2005 IBS adds Centralized Returns to expedite routing of returned checks to the IBS office and eliminate merchant chargeback fees.
IBS is awarded additional US Navy contracts in Pensacola, Sasabo Japan and the Mid-Atlantic Region.
IBS begins conducting ACH origination for merchant accounts that include TEL, POP, ARC, and CCD, as well as recurring debit and credit transactions.
Back Office Conversion (BOC) is offered immediately upon NACHA's approval.
IBS is awarded a US Navy contract encompassing all Navy bases worldwide.
Company headquarters is moved to Kentucky, while maintaining a presence in Southern California.
Intellicheck Recovery changes corporate name to Integrated Recovery to obtain a national trademark.
2006 IBS begins the process of becoming a registered MSP / ISO with Visa, MasterCard and other card associations.
IBS provides electronic check re-presentment to banks’ merchant clientele.
2007 IBS provides merchant bank card processing to banks.
IBS offers Independent Sales Organization program to market check collection, electronic payments and credit card services.
2008 Integrated Business Solutions becomes the company name to reflect the full scope of electronic payment solutions offered.
IBS contracts with JRE Virtual Architect, LLC to build iCheckGateway, a world-class Internet-based payment portal for both checks and bank card.
